Day 1
Arrival Zanzibar met and welcomed by the Indian Ocean Magic Tours Staff. Transfer to the
Hotel. Check in and briefing on the program. Free for leisure, dinner and
overnight at Hotel.
Day 2
After breakfast at 8:30am depart from Hotel for long City Tour. This tour
takes you around the historic old city. It starts from Zanzibar central market
which was opened in 1904. Here you will see and buy a variety of the tropical
fruits and spices then proceed to the Anglican cathedral built by bishop
steers in 1874 exactly on the site of the former slave market. You will then
visit to National museums of Zanzibar commonly known as peace memorial
museums, British consulate, Old fort, house of wonders or locally as “Beit
–El- Ajaib” You will then visit Dr Livingstone House before going to Maruhubi
palace ruins built by sultan barghash in 1880.
12:30pm. Lunch at mtoni marine park drive you back to hotel for short rest.
3:30pm. Departure to the Airport or seaport to your next destination.

Day 1

Day 2
After breakfast at 8:30am depart from Hotel for long City Tour. This tour
takes you around the historic old city. It starts from Zanzibar central market
which was opened in 1904. Here you will see and buy a variety of the tropical

steers in 1874 exactly on the site of the former slave market. You will then
visit to National museums of Zanzibar commonly known as peace memorial
museums, British consulate, Old fort, house of wonders or locally as “Beit
–El- Ajaib” You will then visit Dr Livingstone House before going to maruhubi
palace ruins built by sultan barghash in 1880.
There is a short lunch breaks in the afternoon at the Restaurant, before
continue with spice tour. The stay in Zanzibar will be incomplete without this
famous tour. It is made in kizimbani spice plantations where you can see,
touch and sometimes taste a wide variety of spices, fruits, herbs and
ornamental plants and flower. This is also the cheapest place to purchase
spices and spice oils.
You will then be driven back to the hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel. The
second day of this program can alternatively be spent in the prison Island. It
is a relaxation excursion that takes full day on the beautiful Island off the
Zanzibar town. The Island offers the stunned view of the town especially
during the night, there is very beautiful sandy beach where swimming on the
cry water is marvelous. The Island is an idle place for snorkeling, sunbathing
and beach relaxation it is also a home for giant tortoises. There is a small
restaurant where you can enjoy freshly caught fish. It takes an average of 25
minutes from harbor for boat ride to get the prison Island locally known as
“Changuu Island”
In late afternoon, return to Hotel. For dinner and overnight.
Day 3
The programme starts at 8:30am the morning traveling toward south to jozani
forest reserves. On the way at Bungi visit Bikhole Ruins and listen to her
romantic stories. The guided tour at jozani will enable you to see Zanzibar
Red colubus monkeys, bush babies and walk through the mangrove board walk.
Note the prawns while on the board walk.
At 12:30pm a Journey back to town for lunch will start, an opulent lunch will
be at sundowner restaurant (Mbweni Ruins Hotel) off Zanzibar stone town.
At 3:30pm the Indian Ocean Magic Tours guides will transfer you from the Restaurant to the
point of entry for your departure.

Day 2

After breakfast, at 8:30 am you are driven to the south coast of Zanzibar at
kizimkazi. It is a one hour drive, the only home for dolphins this tour is
fondly known as Dolphin Tours. At kizimkazi you will enjoy dolphin Safari by
Swimming and playing friendly with Dolphins. On the way to kizimkazi, visit
zala park to see the varieties of trees and reptiles such as, stakes mambas,
same big pythons chameleon, Gecko, tortoises, stripped lizard and monitor
lizards respectively. At kizimkazi you will also visit a 12th century mosque,
the earliest evidence of Islam in East Africa. Lunch will be served at the
shore Restaurant.
Then return to the Hotel for Dinner and overnight.
Day 4
You are taken by Indian Ocean Magic Tours guides, transfer you to the airport or harbor for
your departure.

These two days are spent for beach relaxation to the unspoiled north coast of
Zanzibar, the tour always end up to Nungwi, a sleepy fishing village northern
tip of Zanzibar Island. Nungwi is the Dhow building capital of Zanzibar, so
you will see the traditional methods of dhow construction in action. This area
of Zanzibar has fantastic beaches and nearby coral reefs which are ideal for
diving and snorkeling. You can also visit a turtles sanctuary built by
villagers where the injured turtles and other marine animals are back to
health before being released back into the warm water of Indian Ocean, You can
also visit local market and meet resident speaking a peculiar Swahili dialect,
Lunch, Dinner and overnight will be at the hotel where you can taste local
delicacies or international food. Driven back in the late evening of day 4
from North (Nungwi) to west (stone Town).
Day 5
You are transferred by Indian Ocean Magic Tours Staffs from the Hotel to Airport as harbor
for your Departure to the next destination.

Forest Reserve on the way at bungi visit Bikhole ruins and listen to her
romantic stories. The guided tour at Jozani forest Reserve will enable you to
see Zanzibar red colubus monkey, bush babies and many other species of flora
and fauna. Walk through the mongroove boardwalk. Not the prawn while on the
boardwalk.
At 12:30pm, a Journey back to town for lunch will start, an opulent lunch will
be at sundowner restaurant (Mbweni Ruins Hotel) off Zanzibar stone town, and
you will then transfer back to hotel for leisure, dinner and overnight.
Days 4 & 5
2 day visit to be spent for cultural tour and beach relaxation on the East
coast of Zanzibar, You will start this tour on a local fisher boat (Ngalawa)
in a lagoon north of Bwejuu which offers fine snorkeling grounds on the reef.
Later we will have local lunch at nearby hotel.

You will then visit Jambiani fishing villages where you can visit and meet
villagers working in different professions. Such as herbalists, visit to a
local organically plantation on coral stone, where farmers cultivate under
difficult circumstances, and seaweed farms run by women. A good chance to
learn about the unique culture and diverse environment of Zanzibar’s village
and to meet the friendly waswahili people. Dinner and overnight will be at the
hotel.

Transfer to the Airport or harbor for departure..

late afternoon for dinner and overnight.
Day 4

The program starts after breakfast, drive to Ngezi forest with the picnic
lunch to see the beautiful bat, known as the Pemba flying fox (pateropus
seychellensis comoroensis) and many different kinds of shrubs and trees that
harbour the bats, relax at north best beach of “Vumawimbi” on return through
the Tumbe fishermen Village and Chwaka historical ruins.
Then return to the Hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 5
The whole day with the picnic lunch is spent in the Misali Island. The diving
paradises of East Africa, if not the world. there you will enjoy sun bathing,
snorkeling, fishing and dolphin Recreation. You will also enjoy beautiful and
extensive coral reefs, containing myriad fish and other marine life
Experience, the historical ruins and see the biggest tomb and ancient mosque
at the area.
Day 6
Transfer to the airport for departure to your next destination or back to
Zanzibar.
